What Field House is
Field House is a media, marketing and referral company. We are not the seller, importer, contractor, engineer, installer, permit expediter or warranty provider.
Field House never takes deposits or payments for homes. Contracts and payments are always between you and the manufacturer or provider.
How we are compensated
Field House may receive a referral fee or commission from manufacturers when an introduction leads to a completed sale. Any sponsored or hosted content is labelled where it appears.
Compensation does not change how we describe a home’s documentation or approval status.
Prices
Factory prices are estimates provided by or derived from the manufacturer. They are not installed prices and do not include shipping, duties, foundation, utilities, installation, engineering, permits or local work unless stated.
Documentation & approval status
Approval status is model-specific and destination-specific. Only your local building department can determine whether a home may be installed on your site.
- U.S. approval documented. A model-specific HUD, state modular or other applicable approval has been supplied and can be identified. It applies to the programs named — not to every location.
- Approval varies by destination. The system may be adaptable, but state and local review is still required for your specific site.
- Documentation under review. The manufacturer has supplied material, but Field House has not completed its review.
- Unconfirmed. No approval documentation has been supplied. Treat any compliance claims as unverified.
Field House does not certify, approve or guarantee any home, manufacturer or claim. We do not use “Field House Approved” or similar badges.
How we label information
- Documented. Field House has seen supporting documentation.
- Manufacturer claim. Stated by the manufacturer. Not yet confirmed by Field House.
- Unresolved. Asked and not yet answered, or answered without support.
